1. Reservation and Order Cancellation

  • Orders reserved for in-store pickup are held for 24 hours only.
  • Orders can be canceled before shipment without any charges.
  • If an order has already been shipped, customers must receive it before initiating a return request.

2. Refund and Exchange Period

  • Customers can request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • For manufacturing defects, the product must be sent to the authorized distributor for evaluation. The distributor will decide whether the item should be repaired or replaced.

3. Conditions for Refund and Exchange

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all accessories and original packaging.
  • A purchase invoice must be provided as proof.
  • Products that have been physically damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Software and digital products cannot be returned once activated.

4. Refund and Exchange Process

  • The customer bears the shipping cost if the return is not due to a manufacturing defect.
  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed by the authorized distributor, the product will be replaced or repaired accordingly.
